Pardubice, 21-5-12 – The recertification audit assessed the management system functionality and efficiency with regard to business strategy changes in integrating Paramo into Unipetrol / PKN Orlen group structure.

The main topic of the audit was the area of process safety. As emerged from the output of LRQA audit firm, the environmental and safety risks are managed in accordance with legislative requirements

Ample evidence of responsible management focused on cost-saving measures, labour productivity or prevention of environmental pollution has been obtained by the auditors in the plants of both Paramo´s cost centres.

Based on their findings, LRQA auditors have recommended renewing Pardubice refinery the validity of the certificate according to ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 standards.
