Pardubice, 26 March 2013 – Marek Bohdan Gładysz becomes the new business manager of Paramo, a.s. The objectives of the new business manager will be the consolidation of current business activities of the company and searching for new market opportunities. The previous business manager was Jan Řihák.

Marek Bohdan Gładysz (58) has a lot of experience in the oil and vehicle segments. He held positions in Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and other European countries, among others in Mobil Oil Poland, ExxonMobil Great Britain and Esso Czech Republic and Slovakia. He has experience with the creation of business strategies, implementation of new business models and crisis management.

Marek Bohdan Gładysz graduated from the Warsaw Agricultural University.

PARAMO, a.s., is a producer of asphalt products, lubricating and process oils, incl. subsequent and ancillary products. History of the company started in 1889. Today, Paramo is part of Unipetrol, a leading Czech group doing business in the field of petroleum processing and petrochemical production, which in turn belongs to the family of the supranational group PKN Orlen.
